Its targeted the staggering number of 1237 types of data containers. The AES encryption key used to encrypt the victim's files is then encrypted using a embedded RSA-1024 public key that only the ransomware developer has the ability to decrypt. Furthermore, Revenge runs several commands to delete Shadow Volume Copies and disable Windows Startup Recovery. After the encryption process, it leaves ransom note named # !!!HELP_FILE!!! #.txt. The message provided by the Revenge Ransomware comes in English, German, Korean, Italian and Polish.
