The password is mainly encrypted with RSA-2048 algorithm and placed in the ransom note by using CryptDeriveKey API. It adds the “NMoreira” string at the beginning of the original file and encrypts it.
2. Version 2 – Version 2 uses 4’_’ symbols into the each file extension and also generate 255-symbol password for affecting the each file. It also encrypt the original content of files and makes them inaccessible.
